AVAILABILITY INQUIRY
- If you are interested in renting the house, please check our online calendar to the right to see if the period you are interested in is available.
- Contact us via our online Reservation Request Form if the month or period you desire is available and you would like to sign a lease. We will promptly respond to your request.
- If the house is available, an email confirmation will be sent to the address submitted on the RRF. Lease documentation will then be sent to you for approval and signing. Once completed and all terms are agreed upon, please mail the lease back to us with your $500.00 deposit.
- One to three month rentals will require the entire balance to be paid in full and is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy. A cashiers check in the amount of the full balance will be necessary for reservations made less than 30 days before the desired arrival date.

MISCELLANEOUS
- In the event your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, we require 30-day written notice. Your deposit will then be returned to you within 30 days.
- Keys to the house will either be mailed to you or waiting for you inside the house on the kitchen counter. In the latter situation, the house will be unlocked prior to your arrival. A garage door opener will also be available for your use during your stay.
- Included in the rental price is the cost of cleaning after your stay. If, however, you would like the cleaning service to come during your visit, please let us know and we will arrange it with the agency. Such services are NOT included in the montly rate and you will be required to pay when services are rendered.
- A long distance calling card will be necessary to place long distance calls from the house.
- The house is split-level—three of the four bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs. In the event that someone in your party cannot climb stairs, please make proper arrangements.
- Please be advised that the summer months, Christmas and New Year’s are the most popular times of year in Durango; therefore, the house is often booked more than a year in advance for these times.
- Also, during certain periods of the year long term rentals such as two and three months may not be available.
