RENTAL INFORMATION

• Marshall's Mountain Lookout is a medium- to long-term rental property; therefore, we rent by the month (30 days) or longer. We are not permitted by the city to rent for periods less than 30 days.
• Leases may be signed for any increments of days equal to or greater than 30 days. One- and two-year leases are also welcome.
• The monthly rental rate during peak periods is $3,950 (Mar, Jun-Aug, Dec). The rate during off-peak times is $2,950 (Jan-Feb, Apr-May, Sep-Nov).
• A security deposit of $500.00 is required in order to lease the house, and will be refunded after the rental period is over and all terms of the agreement have been met.
• The house sleeps a maximum of EIGHT people at any given time. There are four bedrooms total: the master bedroom is on the upper-level, and three bedrooms on the lower-level. The master contains a king- size bed, while the lower-level bedrooms each have queen-size beds.
• Thirty-day written notice must be given if you must cancel your reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited in the event that notice is given less than 30 days out.
• Your confirmed reservation entitles you to occupy the house at 3 p.m. the date the reservation begins. Checkout time is 10 a.m. Late checkout or early check-in may be available if arrangements are made prior to your stay.
• An adult must be present with children under the age of 21.
• All state and local taxes are included in the rental price.
• We'd appreciate your adherence to our policy of NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Thank you for understanding.
