RENTAL INFORMATION

Marshall's Mountain Lookout is a short-, medium-, and long-term rental property. Please inquire.
Contact us via our online Reservation Request Form if the period you desire is available and you would like to rent from us. We will promptly respond to your request.
Depending on the length of rental, a security deposit will be required, and will be refunded after the rental period is over and all terms of the agreement have been met.
The house sleeps a maximum of EIGHT people at any given time. There are four bedrooms total: the master bedroom is on the upper-level, and three bedrooms on the lower-level. The master contains a king- size bed, while the lower-level bedrooms each have queen-size beds.
Thirty-day written notice must be given if you must cancel your reservation. Your deposit will be forfeited in the event that notice is given less than 30 days out.
Your confirmed reservation entitles you to occupy the house at 3 p.m. the date the reservation begins. Checkout time is 10 a.m. Late checkout or early check-in may be available if arrangements are made prior to your stay.
An adult must be present with children under the age of 21.
All state and local taxes are included in the rental price.
