This 2,800 square foot house was built in 1993 at the end of a private cul-de-sac, and has been landscaped to complement the natural habitat. It has four spacious bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The master bedroom, which is on the upper-level, has a king-size bed, while each of the three lower-level bedrooms contains a queen-size bed. The house can accommodate up to EIGHT people.

Marshall's Mountain Lookout is decorated with warm colors and comfortable furniture and is accented with many pieces of artwork from local artists. The kitchen and family room comprise almost all the main level of the house, yet are divided into cozy settings for eating, entertaining or relaxing. The house also has all your necessary creature-comforts: LCD flatscreen TV, digital cable, DVD players, stereo, washer/dryer, full-size kitchen (dishwasher, double oven), heated garage, telephones, and much more (we do not have wireless at this time).

Large atrium windows make the golf course and magnificent mountains seem to belong to our house alone. In fact, you can practically talk to golfers at the 13th hole below our 50 foot deck that wraps around the house. From here you can enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise or unwind as the sun sets. Any time of year.
